yeah, that's what i heard. some info from iprop mentioned launch in end '12 and completed in end '15.

is this the right approach?
if developer really breached the signed spa, get a lawyer to sue them. i sure the fees for this is justifiable compare to vw case as mentioned in earlier posts.
hurling accusations and damaging developer reputation will only make Pangaea worse.

For shaftsbury, if you bought from developer, rental over installments still in +ve cashflow. it's one of the best managed condo in cbj.
