Guys.. I am interested with Emira project by OSK.. price is within budget and location is suitable distance from our work. and then i stumble upon people reminding potential buyers about pangaea.. something about changing plans without noticing buyers

the whole thread is too long to read.. can someone be so kind to sum it up? what exactly happened to pangaea that i should not trust OSK with emira?

did abit researched and had better understanding of Pangaea case too. u must be furious.

but can you elaborate abit regarding sutera damansara being a bad project by OSK too? bad workmanship and no after-sale service? I am still considering on Emira as the location and price is spot on for me. your answer would be a big help to me!
