Studio apartments are mushrooming in ciber not now but in next 2 to 3 yrs time. I think shaftbury is doing alright as it is much nicer than the current "student" type of apartment and it attracted rich students to stay there.
Mutiaraville will be another mass market student village. For me, it will not be the direct competitor to the like pangea/verdi/skypark etc which are already stretch beyond mass student affordability. Rich one maybe but the key for its success will be the ownstay from young IT workers here. If many of them choose to stay n buy a one or two bedders units to start their home ownership then i think maybe there is a chance to survive. If not, it will super over supplies unless the community mall like dpulze etc bcomes the catalyst to attract young ppls in kajang, puchong, sri kembang to move over in these 500 to 900sf apartment since those places the property prices in term of absolute is no longer cheap and cyberjaya can offer a less stressful n clean environment for them. QUOTE(speed7791 @ Oct 9 2014, 11:02 AM) I like Skypark very much too but I'm wary of the maintenance fees. Guess who will be paying for all the elaborate facilities? Anyway, I guess it comes come to personal preference. I personally do not think that I'll use the facilities a lot if I stay there. Even more so if I were to buy it for investment. I'm not implying that one project is better than the other. Each has its own uniqueness but sadly that uniqueness is being taken away at Pangaea. Both OSKP and MCT still need to prove themselves. Both still relatively new in property market. Trinity (not Talam) has done well to deliver something higher than general expectation. Lets wait the VP for OSK's mirage of the lake to see whether they r up to it.This post has been edited by MrHunter: Oct 9 2014, 10:34 AM |

QUOTE(ctkay23 @ Oct 23 2015, 04:45 PM) Owners of paragon, osk claims that there is no LAD as it is 36 months from Authorities approval date which is November 2012 and owners have to bear GST 6% on progress claim on handover stage. In addition, changed of full glass panels to apartment look windows are due to direct facing sun light that cause massive heat. What a good excuse! This is rather disappointing. If osk prop really want to grow big and be main player in prop sector, this is totally not acceptable. This post has been edited by MrHunter: Oct 23 2015, 10:41 PM |
