I just received OSK email reply to my complaint few days back. They say they are studying the feasibility for the lifestyle retail & hotel. At the same time, they are also gathering market feedback pertaining to these two proposition.
I think we really need to voice out our dissatisfaction to them!

Not just the build residential and shoplot, sell out and take the money. Just my opinion.

A well manage neighbourhood mall that sufficient to sustain the needs of Pangaea population will do. I do not expect to have uniqlo or those retail shops.
We have to understand that the Pangaea mall cannot compare to 1U or midvalley. I will just take it as a place where resident in Pangaea can hang out.
