sometimes there are exceptions like setia alam or kota kemuning being built remotely but it needs a huge development to turn it into a self sustain township... the key is a township that is big enough..

was there too... osk trying to make the event like a fun fair asking visitors to walk around collecting stamps... the cool part was the photo badge.. lolzz..

looks like osk invest a lot in this event.. materials, notebook, pen etc in goodie bags..

a lot of unsold studio.. IMHO, they should had allocate more 3 bedders for sale..

Well, i m just there to KPC... not ready to vest in Cyber yet although the offering (5 or 7% discount, FF, DIBS) is very attractive.. nice chics in the show unit.. lolzz..
