I think this is more to high end studio. rent should be no problem but sell will be abit tough unless your unit is special

Yes, that is very long. And we do not know how is the mall going to be, who is the tenant. and also who is the operator for the hotel.

If the hotel operator is a well known one and have a very good brand in the mall, then it shouldn't be a problem to rent out in the future.

But no doubt that I consider Pangaea is an iconic building in cyberjaya. and the hotel has more than 40 storeys if not mistaken.

Because it the official website, previously what I heard is a hotel, but now change to residential suite.
