Everyone do not support it but who keen to enforce it?
The seller wants to sell 10x higher and still got buyer. There is no problem about it.
Buyer that cannot afford and keeps on complaining. That is a problem.

I totally understand that. I just want to make sure it can be within my budget. I dont want to give you a empty hope.

Just want to find out, do osk accept credit card as progression payment if I want to pay in cash due to 70% LVR?

but if the bank willing to loan you only 70% or less. you have to fork up this amount to the dev.

That is why I raise the concern will progression of 30-50% pay using credit card?

normal merchant available in the market is charging 2%. I believe big time dev is getting special rate from the bank.

fyi, maintenance is 0.38 psf
full furnishing does not include aircon and other things..
just a low end furnishing.

What i can say this place is quite over supply. surrounding with all high tower. I can see a similar copy of mount kiara. but then, this place is too far from city. Expat still less. We need a high grade international school to make cyberjaya success.

So far nothing yet. After 3 years. you had your joy or you will feel the pain.
Thats it. Not to mentioned, there is a land mass with pkns is waiting to be develop.

why sg wont buy johor? they born to be kiasu. If they cant afford sg, they will buy johor. This is their behavior. Do you seen cow dont eat grass?


Added on October 22, 2012, 3:16 amit is not malaysian helping them to build their country. Is they recognise our talent. It is a mutual agreement.

While malaysia massively drain their talent because of bad approach. Slowly, it will be wake up and our country will be rise again.
