nway i read somewhere there's cleansing oil for it... not sure what's the name of the oil tho

use water to wash water is sufficient to wash away the smegma.

Can someone answer my question pls, is it ok to clean your brother smegma once a week???

I clean it everyday, clean n clear I would say

If you can stand the itch of cleaning it only once a week, then it should be fine.

Generally the first time you pull the foreskin all the way back, the gland/head will sting/hurt like hell for the first few days. After that it should be fine already.

I would like to wash it everyday but the place im staying doesn't have a heater, the water is freeking cold so i choose to fight the cold once a week..

Need heater ka? I never use heater to wash before

Means you body ok with cold water.. Me i cannot tahan cold water at all..

I always bath using cold water so no problem for me.

Just wash with warm water, it will soften... then slowly and gently rub everything away. Easy... clean my first smegma at 15 years old...
