for the best quality in webcam so far its actually the new acer series ... no joke ... but if external is what ur looking for ... i suggest u get a v-gear ...

their 1.2mp sony ccd sensor webcam is quite good ... tested it myself ... can get around rm 150++ if i remember correctly ...
