I downloaded the latest Bios version 1.50 for my M200 three weeks ago.....Now so fast got Bios version 1.80 liao!

Thanks! Anyway, I'm not going to purchase ram in KL. I think KL ram always cheaper than in Penang. Yeah, I'm using 1gb x 2 kingston ram on my laptop and Kingston 1gb and Corsair 512mb ram on my desktop. Now my desktop corsair 512mb kong liao, need to get a replacement.

Still cannot put me on the list of Toshiba lappie owners but then again I have not reported in to you ... hehehe ...

Option for M600-E320 are still open, while buying some stuff in DigiMall (Canon scanner) since I had to conduct training around the corner,
I noticed that price offers are going down. 

Not bad huh? In fact I wanna wait until the year end for a shipload of payments coming into my account so I can
spend some capital expenditure budget on the new lappie.

Appreciate if you can post the latest price offer for the M600 series. I like the pearl white one but a bit scared of sratches
and wear and tear since traveling so heavily, especially while passing SG immigration, always have to take it out of the bag
for scanning, yeah i know, SG immigration sucks. 

Anyway, guess I opt for the Onyx color. Still upset the 320 oni comes with Vista Basic. Then again, life is all about sacrifises.

I have an old Satellite A60 and it can't boot after a bad flash.
I think my only choice now is to send it to the service centre.
Does anyone know roughly how much will it cost to reflash the bios?

I've sent it to them, but no on the spot service. 
Maybe they're busy.

Anyway, the possible worst case scenario is I'd have to get the bios chip replaced right?

Hi. eddy230379, I wanna ask you a noob question, how to flash my old bios to a newer version, I have download the bios from Toshiba website and I am using Satellite A200.

Ok, thanx man, really never done it before (flashing BIOS), maybe will seek help from expert to guide me step by step, if i run the Winflash application myself, basically it will done everything automatically once i choose to replace the newer version of BIOS rite?

Seems like pretty risky if I am going to flash my BIOS myself, how to find out the BIOS I have download is not corrupted or I just have to depends on my luck?

If the flashing process fail, I will have to bring it back to the service centre rite? My lappie is about 1 month old, will they charge me if I bring the lappie to service centre?

Called the 'efficient' service centre regarding my notebook. (the technician said he will return my call, but he didn't)

I asked about getting the bios chip replaced, fucqing idiot said they don't do that even though I'm willing to pay for it. Heck I even told the guy if that's the case I'm gonna buy the bios chip myself and let them solder it.
(at first he was trying to say the whole motherboard spoiled already).
"No we don't do that.."
