I don't like the design in PV20 1333 sqft. Not even a bit. Really can't compare to the earliest model of PV Lake Condo, PV10 1272 sqft.

Up until now i failed to understand why only PV10 has a very well balanced 4 rooms design and only 3 rooms design are built PV12 onwards.

You should engage them. They have been around with PV as far as I can remember since 2008.

They would have bolted ages ago if their reputation went bad.

I gave my 2 units to MCF for reno and when I told my agent the price for both unit, they were taken aback and say it's very reasonable.

No doubt for me as i stay in PV10 since 2008 and owns another 2 unit at another 2 PV. My honest opinion too based on real life experience. I personally know few owners with multiple PV units keeps engaging them without failed.
