I suspect block B will have a good view of D'Island. If this whole development can have access through D'Island, the anticipated value becomes optimistic.

My view is not so optimistic because of two reasons, 1) too many supplies and 2) low barrier entry. Upcoming landed ones will have more advantage particularly if they match X2 prices or even 10% higher.

I believe they are currently doing their feasibility studies for this year end launching.

With the growing trend of smaller (<5) and wealthier household, I notice many rich man are surprisingly favoring luxury condos instead of landed amid a location in Puchong where sometimes we hear horror robberies and theft. If this is true, X2 will become a jewel, particularly if there is a route to link to D'Island...

big condo normally inliquide due to its absolute price point & high maintenance.

Thank you for responding this view. I hope both ideas are true but let's let the market decides in the next 3-5 years' time because I wish to think the immediate flipping strategy holds true but I don't think so. With more than 200 units in one block, we need around 500 households to like this type of lifestyle. The most difficult challenge is to control and manage its maintenance because there could be a large number of investor panic and start letting to 'pak hitam'...

Hi, that's just a conditional statement... this development has its own marketing positioning to cater for the best of both worlds for the lifestyle in terms of safety and space PROVIDED property manager dont rent to 'pak hitam' and run it well (unknown).

I am grateful because I felt the developer is doing somewhat charity to sell such a big space lot with cheap RM/sqft. I come across some very rich families, particularly small ones (<5) who prefer luxury condo than landed so it seems there is a market for such.

Sorry, no crystal ball here.
