wah, U are an extremely demanding person, and sour grape too I must say. I am also one of the owner, just collected my keys, happy to note there are only minimal defects and I am still in awe of its facade / facilities / buildup (more than Day 1 when I first laid eyes on the showroom)

Well, potential buyers , dont take my word, just go see for yourself. My only "complain" is that it is more like a resort than a condo, if you get my jist

I am planning to hold my unit for another couple of years (leaving it empty if I have to ) before selling it. ..haha, so your queuing up to sell doesn't applies to me, and 90% of the buyers are planning for OWN stay. So you can save your breath on degrading this property further.

To each his own of course, but I guess you are more suitable to buy a piece of land, draw up your own design, hire your own contractors etc. or nothing will satisfy you.
