hi all. does anybody have any information regarding the history of the developer? I have not been able to find anything. From their sales brochure Metrogen is only the Project Manager but the land and Project Developer is still Samik Corp. Anybody got info on Samik Corp's other projects, completed or in progress?

between all these names what are the projects that they have completed or are working on?

now that u list so many names under the same developer takut man... they got alot of failed project izit?
