2400sf for about 630K ... about 325psf. i think ... was like wow kill me back then ... but now looking at Warf and their price ... darn cheap !!

btw leasehold with 80 years left.

if you are keen on such big unit of 2400sf, comparing what is around. YES.
but don't expect to be able to release it easy. its too big. icon_idea.gif

you better check the maintenance cost ... at 2400sf 10 cent also cost a bommer.

buy for own stay lo, not intend to release in near future

at 10sen, maintainenance cost oni 240 wo so so big unit and so many facilities..i think considered cheap and reasonable d

2400sf at 11 cent still ok la. Nowaday sinking fund plus maintenance is 30cent average.

11 cent to me is quite low actually, most likely the jmb will rise it after take over like zest condo.

I wish i am but no $$$ to buy. I like 2400 on single floor is really nice, much better than double storey with similar buildup.

nice. more efficient floor plate since no staircase.
but be careful though. for highrise large floorplate.
sometimes some area too dark even during daytime because the area is too far from any nearest windows or opening.

lighting is one concern lo, but I realise no window in toilets, but have ventilation fan
