Let's forget what pros and cons we will see the answer after 3 - 5 years later...
I am just go MVEC for Housing Exhibition with my friend and found that X2 booth is actually great and nice just beside Sime Darby.. most importantly for 2094sqf unit onwers that now 2094sqf they just offer 2 parking only !! Only 2253sqf above will get 3 slot car parks. Are this is good news for the owners of 2094sqf ??? |

Hey guys , last time im one of the owner of setia alam house and really happened that the house is cracked and alot of bad things there but still manage to sold it with a good price...and as for know the township there is keep improving right?
As for X2 , i am planning for own stay and I think this is not fair that we keep said Metrogren past experience right? Please look at the new launch of Nusaputra the price is starting from 600k and still managed to sold it ... This is just my 2 cent...as for the X2 buyer we might need to accept the pros and cons of the project.. |

Did anyone of you taken AmBank loan then go for medical check up ? Just wanna ask how to get the report from Ambank? As the doctor told me get it from AmBank.. Anyone here can help?
