Anyone manage to get SIP to work at Unifi? My brand office Unifi is working without any configuration but my home Unifi just refuse to work. What make the different. I even replace the Unifi Dir 615 to Tp-link 1043 but it is still doesn't work. The SIP account is very important for me to "work at home" so that I can connect to my company SIP server... please help

QUOTE(JinXXX @ Feb 22 2012, 01:01 PM) cannot work or what.. the sip log show's what ? u using a stand alone ata device of a softphone ? u can register/login to the sip account ? or cannot make call ? ps : u can't terminate the sip account on the fiberhome/vdsl modem... I have tried with ATA device and softphone and both doesn't work. From the signal it seems successfully registered to the server but keep having error when making call. The system is a traditional SIP server using UDP 5060 I guess. Now I am not sure if it is the router blocking the traffic (some say due to ALG SIP), but TP-Link support told me the router doesn't have the feature. Some say due to Unifi but my office unifi have many user using it. thanks
