Beethoven maybe about 30 units VP already. Left abt 11 units. The challenge now is on the financing side. Banks is so strict.

I'm waiting for the new revised VP date. Once I get the details, I'll share here.

Huhu...no special discount but whoever eyeing for Schumann2 & Beethoven better act fast because they will be increase in price.

Nope optimum price yet. I help sell few unit for owners, even at RM1.2mil, difficult to sell. Original nett price around RM1mil.

Type A, if developer improved a bit on the landscaping at the back of the unit, will help to increase the value.
