Wonder why UEM complete beethoven first instead of Mozart.

Yes. I akso think it is overpriced for the Glades. Traveling time from Cyber to klcc will be shorter as compared to Putra Heights.

Managed to drive ard Beethoven, shiock! Went into my unit, some part not ready yet. Workmanship n finishing need to improve. Worker must clean the unit before handover. Still do not see any plants on the land btw units. Only see green grass.

I was told by the SA tht there will be plants as demarcation similar to the show unit. Guess many owners will make noise.

Yalor, the reason I bought is the landscaping itself. And how to justify the high maintenance fee?!?

Developer mislead the buyers?

Demarcation is a must bcoz the unit pricing is based on the lot size.

Fully agreed. Owners will be disappointed when they collect thier key. And subsequently the SA will kena marah by the owners....

Now the community is still looks bare. Dont hav the resort feel lor...
