you can look at little dot mkiii at your budget i'm loving mine so much. You can buy tubes either from octave elctronics nearby amcorp mall or the hifi shops inside of amcorp mall.

But what you can do is buy tubes off ebay which I recommend since got more choice, and could get it cheaper. Check our yenaudiostore.

for beginner i will always recommend the Fiio E10 used it before and it's one of the best entry level DAC/AMP. The price is below RM300 and is worth every dollar.

If your looking for an amp only E11 is alright, if can go a little bit further try getting the E12. But if your looking for desktop use only I can recommend Bravo v2 or the Bravo Ocean tube amp.

i think the only sound card worth getting would be the essence stx

Get a modi than a little dot mkiii! I have the LD mkiii and its great for its price. Modi or odac are good enough DACs

keep the E7 and use as DAC than go get Little dot mkiii, use spare cash to get tubes, i'll give you a list of tubes you could get. Little dot amps have a HUGE variety of tubes you can roll.

Not sure if there is a dark amp, but i'm pretty sure there are amps which are warm. So your looking for a portable amp for the HD600? What is your budget? Do you plan to bring your headphones around with you all the time? If so why choose full size headphones if your going to travel a lot? Just a few questions xD

any DAC for around RM1000? I wanna upgrade out from my ODAC, something which has better bass extension and punchyness and better treble extension and smoother. I've heard a DAC which could do these but looking for alternatives. Was thinking so far maybe either Tubemagic D2 or maybe a Cambridge Audio DacMagic, Audio-gd NFB 3 or NFB 3.33

try something from Audio GD they seem to make really great stuff.

maybe try to get a cmoybb great stuff or get the Fiio E10, honestly to me Fiio E10 bare minimum its damn fine DAC/AMP and has a whole bunch of great reviews on it. You won't go wrong.

how bout taking a look at Little Dot amps. Massive long list of tubes that can be rolled once you follow some guides on headfi forums.

I have tested the MKIII and now own the MKIV SE, and doubt I will ever change my amp again. If can get the MKIII it's really good.

guys i got an issue with my e11k + fiio x1 combo...I wear jeans so when i put it into my pocket, the volume knob tends to get turned either too loudly or too softly when i walk xD. i wish there was a lock feature, anyone got any advice?
