Hi.. I'm facing a problem with the my music collection on iTunes so please bear with me for a second and I hope you guys could help me solve this issue.

I try to refresh back my all music collection (from all sorts of location from the download , music , and ext hard disk) by putting it in one folder so that it will be easy for me to manage it next time.. In the process its obviously I have to delete the playlist on iTunes and put a new one when I have change location of the file.

After new list has been loading I noticed all my hardwork of putting the album artwork and song information (album, artist, year) has gone. Its like all the changes I've made since are not being replaced to the music file itself but it just saved within the iTunes like a cache.. Any opinion regarding this is kindly appreciate.. Thanks

Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem when connect my Iphone to my pc. Normally when coneect Uphone to pc, Itune will put out but now it doesn't pop out at all and need to click it manually, it doesn't matter anyway but it appear a massage "The Iphone something not started". So I've to start it manually at the control panel under administrative tools.

I'd try to reinstall but nothing is work. Can anyone help me on this?

my itunes is very slow. when i want to select multiple items and right click. the response was very slow compare to older version of itunes. and i cant seem to make my compilation in one place although i've check the "part of compilation" box.

Perhaps we should be patient while Apple trying to sort out the problem but is there any chances for us to use the previous version back?

i fixed my problem where the AppStore main page remain blank when u click Store..by reinstalling iTunes..

there is one question that keeps bothering , right now i m on 4.3.1 IOS and i want to upgrade to 4.3.3 ios. Question is if i wanna to do so, can i just use Shift+click on the 4.3.3 firmware and upgrade ? because for what i know is if we click 'check for update' the itunes will upgrade our iphone to the latest firmware like 4.3.5. Thanks
