That what most painter will tell you that they will charge more if each room to be different colour. They will have to wash their paint brush each time they shift from one room's colour to another colour. Just slightly more work.
Of course, if the whole house's walls are of the same colour, they would be able to finish their work faster; which equates to money for them 

I got bad experience with easy wash. So you need to choose carefully.
