ive gained 15kg...n my waist increase 1inch only
i can fit old pants, at waist no prob but stuck at quad n hams XD

i used to swim,run, play squash, sports a lot. b4 start gym was 59kg...bf 12%
then bulk2 till 80kg wit bf 18%, took a year i think.
last month or two cutting, down to 72kg.
now 75~77kg, every week my weight up n down by 2kg...havent measure my bf yet biggrin.gif

knowledge about meal, nutrition & supplements are crucial

my gym got biospace inbody analysis machine, pretty accurate i guess..
next time i go check, ill post the result sheet. smile.gif
