Hey people, if any of you do crunches/sit ups, do you feel like this pain in your tail bone ? It's really quite painful especially when I touch that area. My pilates instructor told me I arch my back too much, she told me to bring my stomach in and up, then sort of lower my butt to bend the tail bone in. Is that true? I didn't know I've been having a wrong posture all this while. Input please! I mean how's your posture like?
i had tailbone pain too.one thing i can say is lay off doing any sort of crunches, situps or anything that have you sitting on the floor
seriously , STOP as soon as possible as it can slowen down the healing process or ever do permanent damage.
once you stopped but still wan to aim for that nice abdominal, one way is to hang yourself from a pull up bar and do leg raises.
after 3-4 months, when the pain is painless only den you should attemp to do ab exercises on the bed
