after about 1 years ++ play gym

focus more into change body shape, not interested to shrink..
journey from 110 to 90kg

90kg up again to 100kg and try to maintain weight but different figure.

I found myself during 110kg to 90kg shrink a lot, and feel it like muscle shrink.. that time only thinking to try to slim.
but it's not sooo me, i cepat2 gain back my weight by play heavy and high in set.

nowadays, my colleague say, im getting big... im just say ok... haha..at least ppl saw a different

thumbup.gif My plan to bulk until end of december, but let's see if I could do something to alternate the schedule to reduce the bodyfat..
maybe need around 1 more year to make it look lean and nice..

need a guidance on how to do efficient cut, read a lot of article giving confuse only.

calculate the calories is my weakness. I don't give serious look into that matter. That maybe why the muscle going down first.
sometimes i took only 1 scoop whey, sometimes two scoop perday. I'm enjoy the solid food based on protein when I took 1 scoop of whey.
Right now, weighing at 100 i can feel the muscle reaction higher compare when I was 90kg (flex like nothing). Still figure out the right amount of food in order to maintain muscle reduce BF.
