Unfortunately, Gunn (this guy that you mentioned) is toned up/ slim down from a fat-chubby boy. He managed to loss 50pounds of weight in just a month time (Until now still majority choose not to believe). Consistency Workout+Proper Dietary+Eager to get strong's mindset = His Successful Tips.

He has been into this line for years, if not mistaken, started since 2003? Uhm, used to be a chubby in body shape( hi-body fat) black belt karate-kid. His whole family genetically has one similarity: Strong Mindset to GET STRONG!! Grandpa & Father + him also considered, are all martial art lovers.
