I do mostly strength programs around 4 sets from 10-4reps incremental weights and occasionally throw in some explosive/olympic lifting workouts. Trying so be able to lift at least twice my weight for upper body and 3 times more for my lower body but I want to be smaller in size.
Dont think my diet program would help any of you guys since i am a girl. i take in about 1300-1400 kcal. Clean diet. Supplements include ON Casein, ON Hydrowhey, multivits and fish oil.
hoxy, it's never to late to start

i started when i was 26, now i am in the 30's! talk about getting old :S I knew this one lady a few years back who was in the late 40's and lift just as heavy if not more!
