I'm waiting for loan approval. Just booked a unit. There's a few units left cos of loan cancelled.

I'm worried la, im spending 869 for a house, i didnt get to see the finishing, the material of the house (tiles, bathrooms etc) so any heads up will be greatly appreciated.
