all i can say is u need to gain some mass dude smile.gif eat more protein stuff ba ... building muscles aint just working out ... its mainly nutrition also smile.gif ... try having some hearty beef or chicken breast meat for dinner after work out ...

hmmm, i think i have a pretty balanced diet but usually i work out before i go to bed. is that ok?

chest n back muscles goes well for developin ur overall...

That's not enough. And you'll benefit from direct leg training anyway, in terms of both speed and strength. Both of which are important for all sports.

I do train my leg during badminton... so i got a big leg even b4 i start gyming lol...

it shrinks if you don't take protein (protein helps recovery on damage muscles after exercising)
Go GNC shops and buy some mass gainer protein shake

even if it shrinks, that doesn't mean i would lose my strength right? cuz my dad's lik way smaller size than me but he has wow like strength

nope. strength will only decrease if u stopped lifting weights for a long time.

i kinda not really agree that training legs on weight will increase speed ... but maybe diff ppl diff effects ba ...

perhaps strength and flexibility counts for more agility on the legs
