hubby was just telling me the other day....if we follow the economy cycle, everyone shd already is aware that what goes up must come down. so should be able to get out on time(stocks or properties, etc).
So it will comes a time where there wont be any bubble becoz ppl learn from mistakes and history, then everybody will have no more chance at good investments.
I told him, ya the latest history was just few years back when the US real estate bubble burst....when they also used to say, the price will neva goes down but it fell. and now we are hearing the same thing again just few years later....the price will never fall. Easy, as long as the price dont fall but keep climbing, ppl will neva blif that it will...because it seemed like never ending climbing and more and more will join the bandwagon to heaven...thats y we will always have an investment opportunity somehow biggrin.gif

Another story, just few days ago, i was waiting at the lift with an american colleague...it took like forever to wait for the lift! It is just not coming, and so happen that every lift that stops, it is goin up!
The guy looked at me and smile....he then said, Well, it is a hell of a wait, but what goes up will eventually comes down @@ LOL!!

My US boss.....have land and houses......she wanted to sell her houses and land to retire in the forest @@ but she cant coz the prices are getting ridiculously low, so she is staying put in her house. Yes, she got holding power (very rich lady...just working for fun), but she cant sell her hse becoz nobody will want to buy it at her price. And she is renting out some of her other houses FOC!! yeah....u read me right....FOC, all the person did was to take care of her house and pay for the Hse TAX! Times are bad.....we just cant feel it....but because it didnt happen to us smile.gif

yeahh.....i kena this twice! Called up agent, ad at 420k....but when meet up, show me a few units but all priced at wayyyyyyy above 420k and tell me 420k oredi sold :/ wasted my time.....so i lazy de wanna call anymore. This market is worse than share market nowdays......go up within secs!

Summore the place next to tension cable la, not maintain properly la, dem jam summore and kampung area & road leading to it.....dunno on wat basis it demands above 500k?!! ;/ Making use of the situation ....slowly wait la, i think 2nd hand buyer have alot more choices lor these days than a shitpigeonhole at rm500k smile.gif

the world is never fair ge lar.....maybe can blame it on own karma, own luck for being not so rich, etc etc etc.....and i think the POOr should really stop producing so many larr! Later on no place to stay no food to eat....complain complain angry angry...then who supports them? The rich also ma...in a way

The rich becomes richer, besides being rich, they are also taking alot of risks.....they can become bankrupt overnight too...

Dont get me wrong i not on either sides, i also complaning house prices so high and duwan to come down...but wat to do...wait lor and hope that it will comes down. If i buy now and it crash down and i lose all my money, who fault? Definately mine laa for buying something that i cannot afford, not the rich ppl who made the prices go up up up....
If still have to stay with mommy and daddy or rent....then be it la. What to do not born with silver spoon....past life must not have been a goodgal smile.gif

Oh talk about easy credit, today i was in this fair and there is a citibank booth. As norm i walk passed n said i got citi cc de to brush oh the guy. He said nonono we r giving gifts to existing customers! He gave me a tumbler n suddenly everything was so smooth..... I ended up signing up for a personal loan that comes with ATM! All i gotto to do is activate the card n i get extra cash for CNY! wtf.....

Btw my 1card cc limit is 15times my salary permth ....@@ every year they increase by alot @@
All u gotto do is have some savings n b a good pay master n the credits will come to u.
