if u go iprop expo @midvalley last weekend u could see many projects throw disc% + free s&p + dibs. Even mahsing's m-city is throwing.

i don't have the crstal ball, & i ain't an expert in property nor investment. However, if everyone is entitled to have an opinion, my gut feels tell me that this is just the end of the beginning of the property crunch! Definition: +/- 25% drop in price -)

pump into a mini Prop Expo @1u old wing yday, condo @cyber, subang ss19, shah alam are lauching @close to RM700 psf. The price is still going upwards.
