Help on Transfer of Motorcycle Ownership, In Malaysia

Hi All,
I got a Motorbike & want to transfer the Ownership to someone I know. What do I need to do ? Can someone guide me the Procedure, Forms, Department to visit, Documents needed, do both Old & New Owner compulsory to go to Office do the things ? Can a Runner do all these things without the Old & New Owner present to JPJ Office ? Thanks. |
