for the refunds, why must pay for the rm2 GIRO fees, the fault is at your side..(for whatever reason), must the customer must absorb the GIRO fees?

Hi, have not receive my CC5 order. Please take note. Understood that you are ill and hope you will recover asap. However, it's not fair to the customers who had been waiting for months for their orders to reach. We paid, we waited patiently and yet didn't receive any status update regarding our orders. I believe you can ask your family members/ friends to help at least clear all the undelivered orders?

Total amount paid on 25th May 2012 for ELF B8= RM125.40.(None items received so far).
