babe what happen to cherry culture order batch 6??

Hi,
Had anyone contacted with Su lately? Seriously, what is going on? Her hp seems to be (permanently) switched off as I always get her voice mail as I have tried calling her for the past few days. My SMSes, whatsapps & emails have not been replied too. Su, not trying to be rude or anything but I am hell one dissatisfied customer as I have not heard from you for WEEKS! Almost a month plus! I asked politely and patiently countless of times but you ignored it! Please don't make me come to your place. It's my and ALL OF YOUR customers' money we are talking about here. Delays with reasons/updates we can handle, but this LONG silent treatment is really testing our patience. I would like my items if it arrived and I would like a refund if the items are OOS/order not placed. Thank you. |
