if i know it would take this long, i would not order

i read n know others in same batch have received their item
if you could not send to me by 1st week of aug, i demand a full refund since you have breached your own t&c (4-6 weeks delivery after items are ordered)

Seriously, what is going on?

Her hp seems to be (permanently) switched off as I always get her voice mail as I have tried calling her for the past few days. My SMSes, whatsapps & emails have not been replied too.

Su, not trying to be rude or anything but I am hell one dissatisfied customer as I have not heard from you for WEEKS! Almost a month plus!

I asked politely and patiently countless of times but you ignored it! Please don't make me come to your place. It's my and ALL OF YOUR customers' money we are talking about here.

Delays with reasons/updates we can handle, but this LONG silent treatment is really testing our patience.

I would like my items if it arrived and I would like a refund if the items are OOS/order not placed.

First of all, my sincere apologies for being away for some time.

As some of you were aware, I have been very ill lately - first with a viral infection which has since culminated into a more serious medical condition.

As such, I have been seeking further medical attention locally as well as overseas hence my inability to access / reply to your posts/emails/calls/smses etc.

Thank you for your patience whilst I endeavour to update statuses / send your items / reply msgs as soon as I can. However I am unable to do this as quickly or as often as I would like, due to my continued condition.
