my height 177cm
65kg


the problems..my uni area hard to find nice food....(they sell oily chicken,rendang curry)

if i take lunch+dinner+supper + drink mass gainer(can recommend 1?)

would it b enough??

eat 6 meals per day, drink lots of mass gainer,train intensively and u will gain mass in no time

7am bfast
10am massgainer
1pm lunch
4pm massgainer
7pm dinner
10pm supper.

adjust to ur timing...have ~2~3hours gap between meal.
easy right?

if eat six meal per day..

nono.eat in small quantity for each meal. not in large quantity. i'm currently using BSN Truemass for gaining mass. It's showing results. u can try it.

the question is..how is small is small meal???...

to grow mass do i really need to work out intensely...
because im a regular swimmer (100m 5~7 rep) freestyle

go easy on cardio ( swimming) and do resistance excercise more.
