my height 177cm 65kg the problems..my uni area hard to find nice food....(they sell oily chicken,rendang curry) if i take lunch+dinner+supper + drink mass gainer(can recommend 1?) would it b enough?? thx for helping i read this tered...but i dont understand...and i cant find that kind of food http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1224847

eat 6 meals per day, drink lots of mass gainer,train intensively and u will gain mass in no time

7am bfast 10am massgainer 1pm lunch 4pm massgainer 7pm dinner 10pm supper.
adjust to ur timing...have ~2~3hours gap between meal. easy right?

you wanna gain weight or lose weight lol..stop cardio for awhile if you wanna gain weight pump those irons and eat, eat and eat

go easy on cardio ( swimming) and do resistance excercise more.
