mine Desire also have that prob sometimes~~ even if i din root @@
in the gallery, the photos' image somehow will become like that~~ @_@

I think it's the official 2.3 from HTC by developer~~
It's the matter of OTA or not OTA~~
just that the news was GB is not suitable for Desire and uhh they finally made it but only for developer use...
