Guys, if u like sense rom, do check out Sebastian15 Runnymede V5 Sense 3.5 rom. Super smooth & fast, good battery performance, about 2%drop for 8hr standby. Do start from fresh format u SD card with 4EXT recovery with 1G ext4. & do chg u hboot to CM7r2.

Done that, stable & unlimited space for all apps u want, just it is an outdated sense 1.9

I posted this problem I had with whatsapp on my Desire but nobody seems to read that thread. So I'm posting the issue here since it is a HTC Desire thread.

I have been using whatsapp on my HTC Desire for a while now but it is annoying that the LED notification for arriving messages does not work.

I have correctly set Settings>Message Notifications>Light as "Green" since this is default colour for the Desire. The Notification Tone works correctly and the tone is played on the arrival of every message, but not the LED.

The LED never lights up. I have missed messages because of that.

Anyone else has this problem?

Nobody wants to try out Sebastian15 Runnymede Sense 3.5 rom, it got working Beat Audio ( headphone ) only.

after a few days on MIUI-AU i noticed

1) Battery was superb compare to stock rom (46hours), BUT after 3 days its can only last max 19hours..according to Batt Diviner widget. I'm kinda frustated.. this is worst than stock rom. I have done batt calibration but the result is still same. now the phone only charge until 95%

2) having problem with app market. somehow it stuck at downloading and no progress. I've cleared the data + cache but no change.

Is it really a need for battery widget ?

no issue here. you can double check again the superuser log list. sometime might be some of your app have been denied then it will hot-reboot.

if you got record catlog before switch to xj, might paste to Lennox, he willing investigate for you if he is free. I'm in the latest version, working perfectly. I still prefer Au, the Special Spice are delicious

why miui xj (dx-part) something show not enough space when download apps for since then at sd storage there shows 600MB free...

Looks like everyone now using miui xj... last time it was leedroid fever, then it was CyanogenMod...

my x HTC desire still on CyanogenMod 7.1, going very strong.. super stable..

any problem using cm7 hboot throughout the rest of my htc desire life?

Ditto but with X-Part thingy idk what they call it on XJ

I still using old Amon_Ra. but saw on MIUI-Au, recommended on 4ext recovery and fb no issue on MIUI.
not sure on MIUI-XJ.
