any idea how to sabotage while driving?

happend got smoke came out from my dashboard. not engine but like wire2 burned
and like 20seconds after i stopped, 2 indian offered me helped..

150 to call a wire-man..
few hundreds to replace a wire.

not possible to "electrify" my car using baterry or what?

20sec is very short period.. and he had the exact replacement for my burned part yo
