As for the death grip...it only happens when the signal is bad.

Dead grip is depending on how u hold the phone and only 1 small little part.... U can even use a finger to do dead WiFi signal. But hardly u will block that spot

i'm not sure whether this issue has been post before, sorry for i did not flip back to check the previous posting if there is any. Anyway do any of sensation owner here having incoming call issue? I have friend and family member complaint that they could not call me through (eventhough i have been sitting in the office whole day and signal is full bar). I try and experiment this and found that sometimes it's does really hard to get through and seems like i have switch off my phone. YOu have to try a few time to get through. but there are no issue on sending SMS, the receipient instant receive the msg, but when i reply it. the msg will be delay.


This is getting me worry as i'm might missed some important call..

Used 3 weeks no problem with that... Maybe u try testing by calling itself... Or maybe that time Telco down

Yup.. i try to call my self on landline... can't get through.. using same digi service to call myself.. can't get through also... sometime even i try to make outgoing call seems to be an issue..

I yet to confirm this but i had a feeling that this only happen on certain area.. when i go back home... there seems to be no issue..I do not have this issue with my old HTC phone..Hmmm..

My wife is due on deliver baby this few weeks and i have to constantly use my office phone to check whether she OK incase she couldn't call me...DAMN!!!!!!

Shall i complaint to HTC or digi (since i'm taking their smart plan package)..sigh~~why i always end up getting a lemon...

I try google up and there seems to some ppl having the same issue on their HTC model..but so far no solid solution on this..

Best is consult Digi since they can help u check on the telco issues AND the phone as well. Worse case, do a 1 on 1 exchange, which is better for you.

well jz got this problem recently..my phone jz finished charging to 100% and i left it for a few hours..no prob..then my phone suddenly closes it self and cannot open back ady..have to take out battery and switch it on back..anyone experiencing this?

the phone switches itself off as in when u press the power button only the capacitive buttons light up? or like dead off

thts pretty serious...i nvr experienced before tho..i only experienced the screen goes black and the capacitive key still work.=/...better tell HTC about it

u think they will simply perform a 1 to 1 exchange? they will fix it for u instead of exchanging a new 1 for you..

i just got my phone back from htc after a week. my phone mainboard got burn ..it happen when i was charging and a msg came, i press my phone when dark and cant even start...

how they going to fix? i dont think there is expertise on htc sensation architecture...

whether they have expertise, whether they can fix or not, they USUALLY wont do a 1 for 1 swap.

oh my gawd..almost same case with me..i noticed my phone off after i got the msg ring..only happen that time..and also i jz charged my phone to 100% and left it uncharged for 2 hours..now took out battery and put back everything ok already..its hard to report to HTC as its like random problem..hmm..do u all understand my problem? sorry for bad english..i feel like im not explaining enough to make u all understand my condition ><

symptom for mobo burn.. just wait for it to burn lor... meanwhile backup all ur things lor..
