yeap, nothing beats a hands on...i touched both device b4..honestly think tht sgsII felt cheap..due to the plastic...and the amoled+ color is oversaturated..and i think the yellow tint issue is way more serious than our SLCD washed out when viewed from an angle..deathgrip however..doesnt really bothers me coz it only happens when the wifi signal is bad...

The only downside i dislike HTC is the battery/back cover removing design ...

Always so hard and the hardest and weakest is HTC Desire HD. I remembered i helped my brother to remove and took me 3 hours still no movement sweat.gif

no one understand your needs and requirements for the phone better than yourself. users here posted and shared their experience and thoughts for your easy reference. nowadays, technologies evolved speedly and fast, there is such thing as perfect phone for everyone since individual's needs and expectations are different.

as long as the phone suits you the most, then just go ahead. i believe sensation's price has gone down a bit nowadays where AP is ranging at 15xx where SiS is ranging 18xx.

happy hunting bro and hoping to have you in our family soon biggrin.gif

i experienced your current stage before, cracking head over data package across the telcos.

you have to consider quite a number of things:
1. usage vs charges
2. network coverage
3. porting to another telco might be required

settle for the best option bro, there is no point if you're having a smart phone without data package (based on my personal point of view) whistling.gif

bro oh bro.. chill man.. like i said, give and take.

i personally using yellowman service over the years, switched to the plan that you mentioned above and so far only my office basement car park has no coverage, some area (department stall in Sunway Pyramid) and some area at Gardens has EDGE coverage. Apart from that, i'm pretty happy with the performance against the charges.

i am also using Mxxis (company line) with unlimited data package as well, it has coverage at office basement car park but only running on EDGE at my home (USJ 1 where my yellowman is serving me with 3G). No doubt Mxxis does have a pretty wide coverage and speed as i tested with yellowman, Mxxis and Cxxcom.

I was also in the same dilemma before... if i shud take plan from maxis or digi... end up i bought the phone oni straight.. dun like being tied up and i dun need data on the go... but i can still opt for data anytime via the maxis portal.

what came to my decision to get the phone is due to
with plans - u get the phone only (need to add bout rm200-300 for extras?)
without plans - i get gifts! at that time, cubic was offering rm600 hotel voucher + casemate + other gifts

so... go survey around first... dun jump to plans cos it looks cheap but might cost more on long term..

yellow man voice line really unpredictable, sometimes good sometimes bad.

but at least the data is unlimited. haha. can hook the phone to ur desktop pc and continue to surf net without worry. if notebook, then just use the wifi hotspot also can haha...

overall, still acceptable. haha

bro use yellow man for 2yrs.. cannot since i said i travel alot in rural area... everytime voice call in become miscal bcoz canot get thru...
as for 3g, i dont think yellowman cover as much as celcom or maxis.. eg, perak, kelantan, perlis, kedah no digi 3gb coverage... T_T
again i cant denied yellowman gv d best promotion n price wise for user but their network just let me down alot of times

I am using RM63 Digi. And it is pretty good even I stay far from city or town. Check the coverage from Digi website first. I think this is the best for data plan. You dont need to worry about limit. It is perfect and even you can use this phone as wifi hotspot, cancel your home permanent streamyx.

I will vote for digi.

Hi maxgenesis,
Have you think about HTC Evo 3D? That will be released in Sept. I believe you should give a try on this. It has 1GB RAM and can record 3D Video and play 3D video.

I decided to drop Evo 3D because I dont really enjoy 3D, it is heavier. I dont like heavy mobile since mobility is most important.

4G device wont release in MSIA due to d telco dont wan to update their system n hardware... reason cut cost n not necessary.
If iphone5 decided to go for non-sim card model type, also MSIA wont release again due to same reason...

also i not so like 3D thingy even i prefer watching movie in 2D instead of 3D at cinema... lolx
