500+ is for htc sense and everything else..and htc sense is taking up most of it..dont worry too much..android handles memory very well..

200+ goes to GPU

Restart is when the device goes to the HTC page and the quietlly brilliant sound chimes..if there is no sound then its not auto restart..its the HTC sense reloading...probably caused by low memory where it put sense to sleep to get more memory for ur apps..as for the blank screen and only button gt light..experienced once...restart it will fix it..nvr experienced b4 I update the phone

from the 1st day bought the phone,i always check ram using app System, and close inactive app such as camera, gallery, internet etc..
average my ram is 150mb-180mb..

any idea the screen is unresponsive related to software or hardware?
*
try to pull the battery and leave it awhile..it could electro static build up =/

casemate tough is a good case..there is excessive silicone on the front to protect the screen in event where the phone fall screen 1st..and it allow the user to lay the phone with the screen facing down..the silicone will also provide some grip during tht position and it will not slip away easily if u knock ur hand on it...

initially i thot it will be very bulky..but it really do give u a better grip. the additional thickness gives ur hand a very good feel too with all the textures on top.

Mine is uneven too...

As for the death grip...it only happens when the signal is bad.

u think they will simply perform a 1 to 1 exchange? they will fix it for u instead of exchanging a new 1 for you..

how they going to fix? i dont think there is expertise on htc sensation architecture...
*
they will swap the dead components...they are electronic engineers working on it..and the "architecture" of all the phones are pretty much the same..

Guys curretly this prob already struck me..my lock ring doesnt seem to respond to my touch.darn..need to slide it up few times..i saw someone post the other day with the youtube video..anybody experience this?i restart the hp feq time same result.
*
1. have u been using other phone's charger instead of the one provided from the box? if thts the case then stop using it and go back to your original charger.
2. if u are using the charger from the box then u can try pull the battery and leave it for an hour or so to allow static to discharge then try to press the power key to drain excessive power in the device's capacitor and then put the battery back in and boot it up again.
3. if the above does not work. let the phone discharge the battery slowly until it turn off itself and then put it to charge and leave it the alone until it is full.

hmm..i guess my problem is some random software issue i think..hmm..
*
the hardware does not burn that easily 1 la..its probably some software issue..where the code go haywire under some weird circumstance...

I just use the battery power bank by mili to charge it..
*
that could be the problem...i think mili only can produce 5v/500mA... and i think htc sensation requires 5v/1A...

Yeah.the mili charger stadard producing  5v/1a.i check on the spec already..

then you should refer to the reply i made earlier..i added something else that you can try to do to fix it:

1. have u been using other phone's charger instead of the one provided from the box? if thts the case then stop using it and go back to your original charger.
2. if u are using the charger from the box then u can try pull the battery and leave it for an hour or so to allow static to discharge then try to press the power key to drain excessive power in the device's capacitor and then put the battery back in and boot it up again.
3. if the above does not work. let the phone discharge the battery slowly until it turn off itself and then put it to charge and leave it the alone until it is full.
