Hi, I have problem with my SAROWIN HDSW0301SJ HDMI 3x1 Switcher with IR Eye. The thing works fine but when I want to use the remote it doesn't change the HDMI source. The switcher doesn't even recognize a button press when I point it directly at the IR eye.

Remote got battery inside and I removed the plastic protector between remote and battery already.

Kindly send the unit back to us and we will exchange a new unit for you immediately.

for the hdmi swtchers:
- all models come with external power supply?
- support auto source switching?

I wanted to connect the following devices
1) LED TV
2) Bluray player + sound system
3) Astro

What i wanted to achieve is sound from Astro is able to play through the bluray player.
