some dealer can supply u the 2nd grade tiles and request the warehouse print 1st grade on the box/cartoon

some tile have minor defects (ie tiny black dots on the tiles, big quantities) but the squareness/ perpendicular/ flatness all meet the 1st grade requirement, contractor likes this type of tiles, 1st grade but price @ 2nd grade


rule of trump.... DO NOT lay defects tiles if u want to claim/ return/ exchange, this is one of their terms printed on the box
