what brand is that?
I just spend almost 12K on tiles, except few broken tile in the box but never see any hole...
Why the boss say been USED? Please post the photo...
First grade tiles also have defects too? Usual?

Sorry, my bad.
Is the hole very big? How could you contractor didn't check with you before process the rest? So far only happen on those or other type of tiles as well? You may want to ask you contractors take note and if find any, dont cut it and just bring back to the boss and see what he said.... Guess this is what you could do at this point. |
