We don't do fix for our warranty. We gave a new unit from the first 6 months from purchase date. But by all means please bring everything back to our shop (along with your receipt and box) and we gladly help you do exchange for a new unit.

dont worry, gamer's hideout has a good reputation. i dont think its ur console which is corrupted, its probably ur kinect sensor broken.

If the profile was gone all a sudden it could a manufacture defect on the Hard Drive (either is the 250GB or the internal 4GB) or which may cost a file corrupted (when flashing the original firmware maybe?).
but now, the Official warranty only include 1 year for hardware failure. There is no more 3 years warranty for the Xbox 360 Slim. Only 3 years warranty are valid for the Old Xbox 360.
