Anyone hv idea where got stock for 16gn wifi

I bought my 16gb wifi iPad 2 from Harvey norman midvalley Megamall. They do display a notification that iPads are sold out and that people can opt for reservation but then after talking to the salespersons over the PDA counter, I get to know that I can actually buy the uncollected reservation (provided that I take along the package that it comes with - which is a 2 years extended warranty) so yeah I just bought it there and I'm totally in love with this iPad 2 of mine already.

So maybe you can check Midvalley Harvey Norman out!

thats jut so crap, the salesperson said the same thing to me at Harvey IPC, i think they are just using the line just to get more cash out of you. Can you imagine extra rm300++ for a warranty you probably do not need.

there is no uncollected reservation in Harvey, when you book, u have to pay full price. So can u imagine people not collecting something you paid in full?

I was thinking of the same thing too that they're just using such line to make sure you buy the extended warranty but the impulsive-buyer!demon in me just urged myself to go along and took what they said on face value. D: So I paid rm240 extra for the extended warranty.

As for paying full price when you make a reservation, I'm not really sure about that cuz what I saw yesterday, you just need to write your name n particulars on a list there for reservation (but I might be wrong on this, though). Plus there's a guy who came to collect his iPad that he reserved and he paid for it after that (so he didn't make prior payment, I assume)

So yeah if someone is looking for readily stocked iPad 2 plus willing to pay extra for the extended warranty price you can head to harvey Norman mid valley.

why not just order online from apple.com? it took only 5 days to receive? apple now have plenty stocks

Usually Machines will announce their so-called next batch of stocks every weekend (available on Saturday). With the hype being less than it was, I see that there will still be stocks available on Sunday so you might want to try your luck this weekend. Otherwise, can try either Challenger IT or maybe iStore in Digital Mall.

It write 1-3 days only.

Previously the shortage caused purchases from the Apple online store to have delays but now they have increased their production volume/speed so buying online will be shipped out really fast. If there are delays, usually the culprit will be at the Kastam's side.

Just get my IPad from Mac City 1U,still got slot there.

is that the malay guy ? or thin tall chinese ? they force me to get with screen protector which cost rm150.I say i don't want i can buy screen protector for rm15,he laughed.

Lowyat MacStudio got stock where they limit 3 set per day where its compulsory to buy with screen protector.

Hi guys. I'm from Mybytes in Tropicana City Mall, y'know, the Apple store no one cares about in a mall no one cares about.

Anyway, we have the 64GB wifi (black/white), 16GB wifi+3G (black/white) and 32GB wifi+3G (black only).

So if any of this interest you come lah, BECAUSE IT'S BORING AS HELL AND THERE ARE NO CUSTOMERS HERE.
