All the time say upgrading service and maybe sim card problem. When I registered time I told the CS I am using iPhone, was expecting him to give me a micro sim buy I got the normal sim instead. I wonder is he deaf or what?!

The 1st month service damn good, buy slowly it will goes down. But overall it's not that bad afterall as when u hit RM 150/nth u will get a rebate 25% from the RM 68.

It can take from couple weeks up to couple months for digi's warranty claim. Worst part is currently they are out of stock for replacement.

Change from 3rd party shop will cost you from rm80 - rm100. Why not just go claim it since its still under warranty.

It's always like this. We gotta pay for a price. Either in cash or time. Wait or just pay with money for repair. But I suggest go for the telco warranty.

hey guys, i was from maxis and have moved to digi last month. have yet to receive my first bill.. i am curently on Smart Plan...RM48/month
my question is.. can i change to iDigi? cos i found out iDigi has 200 free minutes etc etc and its only RM58 a month!

its been a while i connect my IP4 to my lappy..
what happen if i connect it?
will it remove all apps, music, photo that is currently not sync in my lappy?
coz my fren said, once i connect, it will sync and remove everything that is not in my lappy..
is it true?? pls help

Since you mentioned you connect to your lappie before I dont see a problem here. Just plug in and backup first if you are worrying that the data might lost.

Hi all I'm going to get the iPhone 4S so just wanna know approx. cost. If according to DiGi's original plan when iP4 just released, it's RM88/month. I think I'm getting the 138/month, upfront payment should be about 2390? Then why they say the iPhone price is about 1490 in the end if I have to pay 138*24? Shouldn't it be 2390 + 138*24, which is more than the phone's RRP? Sorry don't understand =P

And roughly what is the total cost of ownership if sign the plan, coz I'm planning to breach contract at august 2012 since I have to go overseas, how much is the penalty?

Anybody knows if Digi is going to bring in the iphone4/8GB model with the 4S lunch? I know that we can get it from Apple Store online but I wanted the package that comes with iphone.
