Is yours a new no? Mine is an existing no and my existing simcard was deactivated even before I got my new phone and simcard..
And when i switch on the phone with the new simcard it already showing network connection..
Didnt have to call to activate my new simcard..

It is an existing number/contract. Did you pre-ordered online or from the shop/branch?

On the internet quota, I just realised that mine also has 2GB quota for the 1GB package and 5GB quota for the 3GB package. Nice knowing that we could download extra ... rarely exceeding 1GB since I'm using WIFI most of the time, but now can leave the MIFI/broadband at home when I'm out .. smile.gif

I saw at Digi website just now, all their iDigi plan internet quota has change.
iDigi 138 is 5 GB internet quota.
When i sign the plan is 3GB internet quota.
Dunno We get 5 GB for iDigi 138 is because of this or temporary?

Yes, it seems that they've upgraded the quota .. iDigi 88 is now at 2GB, iDigi 138 at 5GB and iDigi 238 at 7GB. Seems great, but, argh.. I couldn't get reception when I'm inside my house, need to run out of the doors to get coverage.
