ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO ARE GONNA SUBSCRIBE TO DIGI'S IPHONE PLAN:
When you're signing up, please make sure that your micro SIM is a non-cut micro SIM. I mean your SIM should not be a normal SIM that gets cut by their staff. I myself now am facing a problem: My SIM is stuck in my iPhone 4S when I try to take it out so I went to Apple's authorised reseller - Machines this afternoon. Their staff asked me to go to the largest service center of DiGi at Johor which is located at Taman Molek as there'd be an iPhone service team to serve me so I followed their suggestion. After explaining my situation to the staff at the DiGi center, they just popped out the SIM tray with a pin and tried to pull it out few times, then they TOLD ME TO PULL IT BY MYSELF LATER AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS KIND OF FAULTY AS THE SIM WAS CUT. I explained to the ignorant dude that it was their staff who cut my SIM so why should I be responsible for, and he just kept saying "No, we can't help you." They don't even want to replace a new iPhone to me. FYI, that ignorant and arrogant dude just left me with a reason "I've got customers". I was like "DAFUQ?", wasn't I a customer too? I see why DiGi is getting more suck nowadays.
I'm here persuading anyone who wanna subscribe to this cheap price and cheap plan not to do so. Poor 3G coverage (can't even get normal signal in my campus) and super slow Internet (yeah I know this is DiGi's style). Their plans may be the "most" affordable in the town, but I'm afraid the medical bills you may have to pay after subscribing to their plans will make you feel worse. You don't have to trust me, but I'm really disappointed after subscribing to DiGi for so many years and they are not improving.

I just wonder if it's worth it to get an iphone 4s now or rather, to wait for the new iphone which is to be announced this coming june? I heard it probably available come end of the year.

My consideration is that I want the plan offered by Digi so badly now sad.gif

Digi has the worst voice and data signal.

I've ported from Digi because my place has no voice signal and I live in Kelana Jaya.

Digi is famous with drop calls. If you use the LDP, you will get a drop call near Taman Megah, cash converter. I experience this everytime.

People try to call me will goes to voice mail and the irony is my phone shows full bar.

Many places with no signal or poor reception. Even in Berjaya Times Square, where the Digi Centre is located, you will get unstable signals. Unbelievable!

With all this frustration, I've decided to port out to Maxis. And I never regretted it.

I was with Digi iPhone contract. I complained until they decided to waived the penalty for porting out, because they know how bad is their signal coverage.

Please people, consider your choice for Digi before you regret it. The plan may be cheap, but it comes with cheap service too.

Go to Digi Facebook and you can read all the complaints on the poor service.

Same here, working in Kelana Jaya, always get dropped calls calling my wife. Their service has been going down. I understand if outstation causes dropped calls, but calling within Klang Valley, not in rural areas mind you, in cities, and still getting dropped calls. I always get the voicemail thing to. I'm happy to be out of the contract now, and I'm considering going to Celcom or Maxis. My wife and I took the iDiGi plan. No plans on making a new contract. Notice, I haven't even started with coverage during my trips around Malaysia, everyone with Maxis and Celcom is Instagraming and I'm just stuck with "o" that goes on and off on my iPhone.

All I can say is, you get what you pay for. This is what I have been experiencing everyday since last year. I have no idea what their upgrade is gonna do, but at the moment, DiGi is unreliable.
